I found the price to be insane, a really good value (seriously!). the rooms are comfy and the pillows are huge and super nice. the bathroom was inside the room. It included a great shower. common areas are spacious and new.

The room was super clean! I really enjoyed the excellent service from the friendly staff. They answered all my questions. I appreciate being allowed to stay a bit longer for an online lecture after checking out of my room. That flexibility was great. This place offers relaxation areas and a spacious dining hall where ordering breakfast is easy!

The hotel boasts modern technology. Rooms feature simple furnishings and are kept very clean. (The lighting was perfect). A large payable parking area is convenient. I had a good time with the view from the 21st floor. The staff was responsive and helpful.
The location is a bit far from the center. (It required some reliance on public transportation).

Receptionists were generally cool, especially the guy with glasses. The staff provided service in excellent English. Staff were available and helpful at any time of the day, ensuring quick assistance and resolving any issue. I was able to print almost 100 pages for free.

the room was nice and clean. the bathroom was also clean. the view from the room was quite excellent (i was on a high floor!).
The check-in process was very slow. there was a long queue because the staff seemed a bit slow. Waiting times were long especially during peak hours.

the room was clean. there was a amazing view from the top floor. i see it was a twin room type. private bathroom was a benefit for me.
the fast check-in desk did not work. the app reported also an error. i had to wait in a long queue, the reception was completely overloaded.
